(1) Lee Spievack of Cincinnati, Ohio, lost the tip of a finger in August 2005 but it grew back to its original length and the fingernail on that finger now grows twice as fast as the rest!

(2) On Nov. 5, 2006, doctors found surgical scissors in the abdomen of a woman from Thengapattinum, India --- where the tool had been since an operation in 1994!

(3) Scientists at Boise State University in Idaho, are listing DNA sequences that don't appear in any living thing --- in hopes of creating suicide genes to control genetic experiments!
